Wedding & Special Event Information Details

Weekend Wedding Package

2011-2012 Pricing            Up to 225 Guests                    $5,200.00

INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE:

  • Lodging for up to 10 guests, check in at 4pm on Friday and check out by 11 am on Sunday
  • Full breakfast served to overnight guests only on Saturday and Sunday morning
  • 4 hours of time for rehearsal dinner on Friday (limit 40 guests)
  • Choice of wedding site (front porch or gazebo garden area)
  • Reception site – The Clifton Cottage, rear grounds, 40’x50’ pavilion and 40’x40’ tent and gazebo area
  • Your selection of caterers (price not included) for both rehearsal dinner on Friday and reception on Saturday; kitchen located in the Clifton Cottage
  • 7 hours of reserved time for your event: Includes vendors and wedding party arriving, preparation such as decorating, dressing, and clean up
  • Up to 225 white wooden folding chairs for the ceremony and reception
  • Up to 28 round guests tables, each table seats 6-8 guests
  • Up to 8 banquet tables for food, gifts, etc.
  • One round cake table
  • Set up of all tables and chairs are included
  • Separate Bride and Groom dressing room

Large Garden Wedding Package

  • Suitable for a Bridal or Baby shower.
  • Celebration site – Virginia Cliffe main house. Includes use of the formal living room and dining room, dinette, family room, and one rest-room.
  • Your selection of assorted snacks, cake, and ice cream     
  • Your choice of non-alcoholic beverages such as punch, soda, water, ice tea, and/or coffee.
  • Includes one server, napkins, silver utensils, China, and glassware.
  • 3 hours of reserved time for your event: Includes arriving, decorating, holding the event, clean up, and departure. Virginia Cliffe sets up foodstuff and beverages before the time frame.
  • Includes event invitations
  • A consultation 15 days prior to the event for set up planning
