| The recreation center The Clifton Cottage is available for rehearsal dinners, family reunions and other large parties. It offers a kitchen, 3 restrooms (1 full and 2 half) and a large room to accommodate approximately forty guests. For winter events, there is a large fireplace. The expanse of the back yard is shaded by the large trees allowing more space for guests to mingle while enjoying the view of the rose garden and pond. |

We offer a variety of wedding packages that include everything! - the rehearsal dinner, the flower encircled Gazebo where the wedding ceremony can be attended - on a shaded lawn by our flowing fountain. Enjoy the lovely pond and graceful swans.

The Clifton Cottage (pictured at top) lends itself well to business meetings in a relaxed atmosphere. The grounds offer a place to stretch your legs and relax between seminars. The interior offers comfortable seating and a large fireplace. Includes a full kitchen and 3 restrooms.
Special Event Price List
General Information
The Virginia Cliffe Inn (main house) or the Clifton Cottage may be rented for special events. Note that hourly rates are only available Monday – Thursday during prime time wedding season, from April – early November. However, weekend events are permitted from late November to March. All event scheduling is subject to availability and the minimum rental time is 2 hours. Discounts/packages may be available when lodging with the event. Preparation time and clean up by vendors and renter’s fall within the designated event time-frame. Round tables, tablecloths, and white wooden folding chairs are available for rent however they are not included in the following prices. The Virginia Cliffe Inn is non-smoking facility; smoking is only permitted out doors.
The Clifton Cottage
The Cottage is located at the rear of The Virginia Cliffe Inn. Enjoy the cozy warmth of the unique barn design. The Cottage centers on a large great room with fireplace, three rest rooms, and a full kitchen. Use of the Cottage and tent area is included in all wedding packages. This recreation center includes the first floor only and is available for rehearsal dinners, parties, and family reunions.

The Virginia Cliffe Inn is styled in the tradition of the grand plantation homes of the eighteenth century. The spacious rooms will remind you of the times gone by. Enjoy the warm fireplace among the family portraits in the living room. Overnight accommodations are available for you and your guests at The Virginia Cliffe Inn.
